A very warm Wellcom to the Meaning of Wellness. My name is Michael and I am 58 years old. I like to play football, I walk and go to the Gym. I am also a 3rd Dan in Jujitsu and Karate. I have always been busy with keeping fit and staying mentally strong. The whole idea of wellness is becoming aware of an active process in our lives and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is a lot more than being free from illness, laziness, fat-less, etc which is a normal perception as it is a dynamic process of change and growth which takes into account your whole body, mind, and even soul.
So as we progress through life it’s important to get the ingredients right. The whole concept is to grow as we grow with age.
As I have progressed through life I often wonder what makes a person whole both mentally and physically fit and strong. The one conclusion that keeps coming back to me is guidance, perseverance, fun, and determination. To test yourself again and again the mind can overcome every obstacle in life only if you prepare it the way right. Diet and nutrition play its part as the fuel we put in gives us the energy we need to sustain the ability to achieve over and over again. Also, time out meditation, reflection, and of one’s awareness completes the puzzle.
WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
I have a lot to give and in turn to help others understand themselves more completely. The whole idea of our lives is to grow and to become the person we deserve to be to make the changes necessary to have a happy and more fulfilling life. So we may really become aware of the purpose of life and enjoy it.

The goal of this platform is to give new ideas, solutions to problems and to create better individuals both mentally, physically, and spiritually.
