Many experts say, making habits of exercise in the morning is particularly more beneficial and we all know how important exercise is for our health and well-being.

6- Drinking Coffee First Thing

If you are a coffee lover. You won’t be happy to hear this, but drinking coffee before 9:00 am is not a good idea at all. Experts have found that your body naturally produces higher amount of energy that helps to regulate stress hormone cortisol, between 8:00, am to 9:00 am.
